Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Impala skates, but if the fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns on all unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all tags remain attached and wheels show no signs of outdoor use to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email inbox.

• 3.
  Pack Your Skates

  Place your skates back in their original Impala box and secure them inside a shipping carton, then attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the skates pass our quality inspection.
